What do I need to have ready?
About 7 × 10 feet of open floor, ideally near an outlet. I bring the table, linens, bolsters, oils and music. Some clients like to shower beforehand, but it's not required.
How much should I undress?
Only to your comfort level. You're covered by a sheet the whole time, and only the area I'm working on is uncovered. Chair massage is fully clothed.
When can I book a prenatal massage?
After your first trimester, with your provider's okay. You'll lie on your side with plenty of pillows and support.
What is a CBD relaxation massage?
A full-body relaxation session using a CBD-infused oil or balm. Let me know about any allergies or sensitivities when you book.
How far do you travel?
I serve Central Florida, with a flat $10 trip charge per visit. Hotels and short-term rentals are welcome.
